Building a home practice that lasts

Ten minutes, the same corner, most days. Small and consistent beats long and occasional.
The best home practice is the one you will actually do. That usually means shorter than you think and simpler than you planned.
Start with a corner
Choose a spot where your mat can stay unrolled, or at least visible. Lowering the effort to begin matters more than the perfect sequence.
A simple structure
Two minutes of breath lying down
Five minutes of movement you enjoy
Three minutes of stillness to finish
Do this most days for a month and you will have something sturdy to build on.
